What is the lifespan of the filter?
The filter cartridge can purify up to 300 L of water. Once the 300 L capacity is reached, the LED indicator will turn red to remind you that it is time to replace the filter.
Note: The actual lifespan of the filter cartridge may vary depending on water usage, water quality, and water pressure.
What water sources is this purifier suitable for?
Please choose clear valley,river,lake or spring water.
Water quality directly affects the lifespan of a straw. The poorer the water quality, the shorter the straw's lifespan.
It is not recommended to use solidified water as water source, do not use industrialwastewater or seawater.
How to clean, maintain, and store the filter cartridge?
Rinse accessories such as filters and straws with clean water.
After use, let the filter air-dry in a dry, well-ventilated area for about 3 days. Once completely dry, store it in a sealed bag. For longer filter life, you may keep it in the refrigerator, but do not freeze it.
Before reuse, install the filter and run the unit for about 2 minutes until any residual salty taste disappears.
