What to Do If Your ITEHIL Water Filtration System Won’t Draw Water After Startup?
1. Check whether the water tube is bent or kinked.
2. Make sure the inlet hose is properly installed and fully seated.

3. Make sure the filter cartridge is properly installed and locked in place.
4. If all three items above are correct and the Water Filtration System still won’t draw water after turning it on, please contact us at support@itehil.com and describe the issue. Ask us for a syringe—we will ship it to you free of charge.
After you receive it, please use the syringe to inject water into the inlet port at least 10 times, until the syringe automatically draws water back after injecting.
5. Reconnect the inlet hose and make sure it is installed correctly.
6. If the Water Filtration System still won’t draw water, please email us and we will arrange a new unit.
